Refund Policy (Digital Products)

1. Digital Goods & Instant Access
Since Pixelhust provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (Ebooks, Guides, Strategy Vaults), we generally do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is sent. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site.
2. Refund Exceptions
However, we realize that exceptional circumstances can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund for the following reasons:
- Non-delivery of the product: If you do not receive the delivery email or download link due to mailing issues, you must contact us within 7 days.
- Download issues: If you have problems downloading the product or unzipping the files, please contact our support. If we cannot resolve the technical issue within 3 business days, a refund may be issued.
- Major defects: Although all products are thoroughly tested, unexpected errors may occur. If a file is corrupted or unreadable, we will first try to provide a fixed version. If that fails, a refund is applicable.
3. No-Refund Circumstances
We do not grant refunds in the following cases:
- You simply changed your mind after downloading the material.
- You bought the wrong product by mistake and have already accessed it.
- The product did not "make you rich" (we provide information and strategies, but your results depend on your execution).
